Clients can create an account and post jobs for free. You only pay the tradesman for the work you agree together. There are no platform fees added to the price of the job from Trader Point.

The contract for the work is always between the client and the tradesman. Trader Point is a matchmaking platform and does not become a party to the contract. We do not set prices or guarantee the outcome of the work.

Trader Point is currently focused on Czech Republic and the surrounding region. Availability may vary depending on how many tradesmen are active in your area. We are gradually expanding to new cities and regions.

The Trader Point interface currently supports multiple languages, including English, Czech, Russian, and Ukrainian. You can choose your preferred language in your account settings.

We perform basic checks on new tradesmen and encourage them to complete their profile, add references, and collect reviews from clients. However, you should always use your own judgment, ask questions, and check references before agreeing to any work.

In most cases, you pay the tradesman directly using the payment method you agree together (for example, bank transfer, cash, or card). Trader Point does not hold your money and does not act as an escrow service, unless explicitly stated for a specific feature.

If you experience a problem with a job or another user, you can report it through the help section inside the app or by contacting our support at support@traderpoint.cz. Provide as much detail as possible so we can review the situation and respond.
